Onboarding & Goal Setting

We start with a remote intake covering your goals, training history, injury background, equipment access, schedule, and movement videos. This becomes the foundation of your program — no generic templates.

Custom Program Design

You receive a structured multi-week plan designed around your current capacity, target outcomes, and weekly time available. Every exercise has a reason, a progression path, and a regression option if needed.

Progress, Adjust, & Level Up

You log sessions and check in regularly. We refine the plan as you progress, troubleshoot what isn't working, and keep building strength without sacrificing movement quality. Optional in-person rehab visits available in Hamilton, Mississauga, and Stoney Creek.
